  • Process apprenticeship commencement applications and pass payments on to you.

  • All administration associated with the placement of an apprentice or trainee including all Government paperwork

  • All HR requirements including end-to-end recruitment to find the right person to match your requirements, management of any performance and disciplinary actions

  • As the legal employer apprentices and trainees are covered under our WorkCover, we take care of all Payroll and end of year reporting.

  • We manage the SRTO (Supervised Registered Training Organisation) ensuring coordination of training and support to ensure the trainee/apprentice is on track.

  • We visit the workplace on a regular basis to check on how things are going

  • You can hand back your apprentice and trainee with a weeks’ notice at any time if issues arise. E.g. your business needs change and you no longer require an apprentice or trainee or if performance issues can’t be resolved suitably for both parties.

 

What you need to do as a Host Employer:

 

  • Provide a safe work environment that provides the range of work required for you apprentice/trainee's skill development

  • Ensure we get a weekly time sheet signed off by a nominated supervisor

  • Pay our weekly invoices for wages, associated on-costs and administration fees.
